The committee of the Heritage Circle has decided to postpone group meetings until April 2021. Government restrictions on the use of Rickinghall Village Hall have led to this regrettable decision.
Government guidance means that it is not possible to close the windows of the hall or to use any form of heating during meetings. The committee felt that this would make presentations very uncomfortable for the audience and the speaker. Similarly, the need for social distancing limits the number of people permitted within the hall for a meeting to between 18 and 28, depending on the number of households present.
The committee will keep the situation under review and will be guided by government advice.
